Run Agent startup actions which are newly assigned

We have a golden image proces for our VDI's and use the bootstrapper to issue an deployment. This deployment contains packages like Google Chrome and 7-Zip. These packages may be updated shortly after we have build the golden image. We would like to see that once the VDI starts up the packages are being updated.

We currently have configured a device collection and assigned these type of packages to the Agent Startup event. Unfortunatelly these updates are not triggered since the agent does not know about these actions once it starts up.

We would like to see that once the agent startup, figures out there are more agent startup actions that it will run these as soon as it knows about the action.

As a workaround we have configured a Scheduled task to restart the Application Workspace agent 5 minutes after startup to ensure the agent has enough time to sync and figure out what to do for all events. Once the agent is restarted all actions are executed and our software packages are being updated.
