Currently, the keyboard remapping functionality in Kiosk Manager works for externally connected keyboards, but it does not apply to the touch keyboard. This creates an inconsistency where certain keys, such as Esc, can still be used on the on-screen keyboard, even when they are supposed to be blocked.
For kiosks running on all-in-one (AIO) hardware without an external keyboard, this issue undermines security and usability, allowing users to bypass restrictions that should otherwise be enforced. Fixing this functionality to ensure that remapped or blocked keys also apply to the touch keyboard would allow kiosks to be used as intended, such as browser stations in retail environments, without unintended security-flaws.
