Windows 10 wipe while remote

We are looking for a way to wipe Win10 laptops when they are not connected via SCCM.  Similar to what InTune offers.  Even if it would require  SCCM Cloud Gateway to make it happen.  Example: Laptop gets stolen, we want to send wipe command for when the laptop connects to the internet.
