Ability to control whether a dependency continues to be required Merged

Hello, I recently had an issue where a dependency was causing an issue with an application install.

I dont want the next update for this application to include the dependency. We should be able to control if a dependency gets install. I know we can stop it by unchecking the box but we need to be able to set that going forward on future deployments, which is the main point of this.
