RBAC for Patching

As an admin of Recast, I would like the ability to control who can see the Patching module within the Recast Management Server. There currently is no way to prevent those who have access to RMS to not see Patching. Also more granular control around what admin can do within Patching would be a great enhancement. Such as creation, modification, and deletion. There would be different roles that may just need the abilty to create a deployment process/software update process but may not have the ability to actually run.
