Notify the user to close the application before the update begins.

A way to configure Recast to notify the user when a Google Chrome update is available and prompt them to close the Chrome browser?

Ideally, we would like the notification to give the user an option to postpone the update for a specified amount of time. If the user does not postpone it, the update would then install automatically.
