RCT option to open a remote powershell session on a client

You have an RCT option to open a PowerShell window on a client. I gather this option works via PSEXEC. A frequent problem I have is that this PowerShell window is not running as administrator so it can't run administrator commands on the remote client. Is it possible to have an RCT option that would run PowerShell on the local client and make an PowerShell remote connection to the remote client. This would allow administrative PowerShell commands to be run on the remote client.
