Remote Registry - Add option to automatically backup registry changes

To help recover from potential issues that can arise when editing the registry, add a feature that automatically creates a backup registry export of the key before its changed and saves it in a central location on the remote device. To go along with this add the ability to import a reg file to recover the backup if needed.
