Remote Registry - View HKCU hives for logged out users

Often when troubleshooting issues I need to make changes in the HKCU node of a specific user on a device, which is not currently accessible through the Remote Registry interface. Add the option to load an offline registry hive for logged out users on the device. Provide a friendly user name for each hive that isnt the SID so I don't have to do the translation of SID to User.
