Install switch to disable desktop icons for Patching

I would love to be able to disable Desktop icons from appearing when apps are installed or updated, similar to what Ninite does with the /disableshortcuts switch. We often don't want to advertise that a new product has been installed when the user doesn't need to actually interact with it but it needs to be there for administrative purposes (e.g., Dell's Command Configure).

This would keep things clean and be a welcome option for Patching.
