Remote File - Add option to open log file with CMTrace or other log reader

In the new Remote File tool, add an option to open a log file using CMTrace or other log reader directly instead of having to browse for the EXE under "Open With" each time. This would make the experience of remote troubleshooting endpoints much more straightforward using the tool.
