Custom Events in Recast Patching

Please add an option to create custom events, not based on Patch Tuesday. Our organization would really like a weekly schedule where we check for updates on Wednesday, test them on thursday en release them on friday. But also the option to run the deployment on demand in some scenarios.

Just give option to choose day or days for running the schedule.
