Allow us to schedule the tasks and keep those settings

We should be able to change the times and schedules on all the tasks and keep those settings. I have repeatedly had timings and scheduling of my tasks be changed. I know recast has intervals but they dont allow for better scheduling like some of us want to do.
We have another idea for allowing customers to create their own scheduling for running the deployment processes: https://ideas.recastsoftware.com/ideas/RS-I-592
We are planning to support this scheduling in AM deployment processes as that provides a way to use different scheduling for different deployment processes. Allowing to customer to change scheduling settings in OS Scheduled Tasks would affect all deployment processes and would not allow scheduling options like "next Thursday after Patch Tuesday".
