App Settings storage management

As and administrator I want to be able to see the central storage content of the captured App Settings in AW management UI. I want to be able to see metadata (file names, sizes, created, changed) of the captured data and also ability to delete captured data for cleanup purposes or to force new capture of the data on each device where data is cached locally.
