Show identity source as default in entitlements

Identity Source should be defaulted to be shown on Entitlements, especially when multiple identity sources are used. This becomes a training issue with support teams and would be a cost save resolution. Ideally, there should be an option to be able to update the default viewing behavior for all users in a zone so identity source could just be turned on or off by default for all users in a zone.
