Workspace Filter should indicate when it is applied. If a user enables a filter on the Workspace and then minimizes the list, there is no indicator on the workspace that there is a filter applied to the list of applications being shown, nor does the user know that their searches are also filtered. Without this feature, forcing or manually performing a refresh can cause reason to believe there is something wrong with the Agent, as a newly assigned app might not show up in the list due to an existing filter.
