Ability to change stage and entitlement from collections view

Need the ability to edit the stage and entitlement of a collections from the collections menu in the console. Currently, you have go to the package to make changes or navigate through multiple screens from the collections menu to get to the entitlements/stage edit section, which is not intuitive.
