Exporting\Importing information like Building Blocks

I would really like an option to import and export data on multiple items just like the building blocks option in Ivanti Workspace.

I am thinking of packages which can already be done through a connector but sometimes I would like to export that one specific non-setup store package from one zone to import in another zone while keeping our connectors at OTA -> PRD -> Customers and not between customers.

Another use case would be contexts as they are sometimes similar at different customers (CON_Laptops, CON_Citrix, etc).

Or even device collections and user collections and access policies as they could then be created more efficient at initial zone setup.

Another use case would be Mail Settings. We have one shared Mail SSO that could be exported in one zone and then imported in another zone. Same goes for scheduled task configuration.
In our case the synchronize connector task. In the new zone we would only need to change the targeted connector.

Last use case for us specific is that we can use the export to be used in our Quality Assurance process. If the export file is present itit can be checked against what was entered in the console.

If any of these can also be done in Powershell I would like to know how...
