    "Open User in ServiceNow" - have option to configure to use UPN rather than userID field

    Currently "open user in servicenow" doesn't work for us. We have a Hybrid domain. ServiceNow auth is to Azure AD and Azure AD uses the UPN as the username. I'm thinking that maybe an option to use the UPN rather than the userID when searching Serv...

    configuration option to have "Email User" run as the logged on user rather than the account runnng the console

    Email User doesn’t work for us as we use Config Manager console with “run as” to run as an admin account which has admin rights to everything, but which doesn’t have email access.
