Is it possible to create a managed package for Powershell that keeps updating with the newest version? I see a lot of packages, but it seems that each new version is a new package.

Dynamic collections are created with no conditions and thus all devices are a member, which can cause accidental zone level assignments. Can this default be changed or have all dynamic collections be set to disabled by default?
