Add NPCAP to catalog for use with Wireshark for network packet monitoring.

NPCAP is the required NIC monitoring application used with Wireshark for network monitoring. Without NPCAP Wireshark is only a log displaying tool.
NPCAP installation is by Wireshark Installer default disabled with a silent install using the /S switch during installation.
Since NPCAP is a very important piece of the Wireshark requirements for tool usage, please add this to the Application Catalog.
