Add NPCAP to catalog for use with Wireshark for network packet monitoring.
NPCAP is the required NIC monitoring application used with Wireshark for network monitoring. Without NPCAP Wireshark is only a log displaying tool.
NPCAP installation is by Wireshark Installer default disabled with a silent install using the /S switch during installation.
Since NPCAP is a very important piece of the Wireshark requirements for tool usage, please add this to the Application Catalog.
Having no silent install is understandable, cant it be added to the catalog with an installation note, so we can make it available for users? Most admins will understand the requirements and deploy accordingly.

This can be hard, since silent installation of NPCAP is only allowed if you have an OEM license. This is the main reason why you can't install NPCAP during a silent installation of Wireshark.
