Allow Login with Different Identity to RMS Web Console

We sometimes have users with multiple identities: a higher privileged identity and a lower privileged identity. When logging into the RMS web console, there is no way to login with a different identity using a browser that supports Windows authentication (Microsoft Edge). If I use a browser like Firefox, I'm always prompted for my credentials to login with. The only ways to do this today with Edge, is to run Edge as the different identity or login directly to Windows with the different identity.
