Create Application Definitions but Require manual download of install files

In PatchMyPC, they have the ability to manage the application settings, but not supply the installer files. If Application Manager had the same ability then we could expand the catalog without having to be manage the installer. The way that it works is that if it is an application that requires a manual download of the installer files (Cisco AnyConnect is a good example of an application that you can't get the installer files unless you have licenses for), you stage it within a pre-defined folder location and when the deployment is ran, it pulls the installer file from that location instead of providig it from built-in sources. AM would still need to manage the installation parameters, but this would expand the catalog beyond what installers AM can provide to customers.

This is related to Custom Apps with the difference being that we add it to our catalog and maintain those definitions instead of the end user having to create those definitions, they would only need to provide the installer file.

We will definitely look into this in future so that we could provide definition for these kind of applications. Some applications would still need to be custom applications as for example we might not even have access to in this example to Cisco AnyConnect so it would be impossible for us to build the definitions in that case.
