Ability to uninstall applications without admin rights
User has initially installed available application from the Intune Company Portal. User should be able to uninstall these available applications even if user does not have admin rights.

This settings is now available for Intune environments. This does not grant user permissions to go to Operating Systems Add/Remove Programs and uninstall application from there. User always needs to go to Intune Company Portal and perform the uninstallation from there. Also not that uninstallation is not available in Intune Company Portal for applications that are required.
