The Recast Agent page within Recast Management Server does have some of the features you have requested:
The Recast Agent list can be filtered by clicking the funnel icon in the column headers
The Results Per Page option is located just below the agent list (options include 10, 20, 50, & 100)
Follow up questions:
Are there additional filtering options you would like to see?
Would you like to see even more agents per page?
Besides deleting agents, are there other actions you would want to take on Recast Agents in bulk?
