Support for multitenant/multienvironment management in PM (in shared RMS) when dedicated RCT with RMS is in use

Defining a scenario in which a MSP is managing PM of multiple end customer environments from shared RMS. This means that MSP is able to manage PM configuration & activation codes etc. for all (or multiple) of their end customer environments using one shared RMS. I guess this scenario is already (at least almost) supported. But it would not be supported if there is also RCT with RMS (dedicated) in use in those end customer environments. This means that if MSP is using RCT&PM, they cannot use PM with shared / multitenant RMS. Recast agent can have connection to only one RMS.
