Allow Display setting to be change in Kiosk mode

Kiosk is well when it comes to transforming a computer to present a video or a presentation without user interaction. It is also used to lockdown a user computer to force him to use specific applications.

On our case we are using to transform a windows 10 computer as a thin client for citrix connection, big problem is that if the user need to change his display settings (scaling, orientation, order of the screens. ..) the kiok profile need to be remove first, perform the change and reapply the profile.

It could be a very good improvement to allow some settings apps to the end users.
