This morning I confirmed that CMD (Blue arrow) will run with the Local System account and therefore would not need to be run Elevated. Where as the interactive PS (purple arrow) will run using PSRemote under the context if the user running the CM console. On a remote computer that would mean there is no need to run elevated.

Does this no meet your needs?

Most functions require elevated rights in some environments.
