Enable RCT action to Evaluate Configurations

I'm working with Configuration Baselines. It would be nice to force a client to evaluate the baseline instead of waiting for the client to do it itself.

    This feature exists in Remote Software Center under the Compliance tab. Let us know if there's something missing from it or if there's something that isn't working for you.
