MSP Portal to manage Saas Hosted Customer Zones

Hi,

We need to have SSO to a main MSP Portal to easy manage and access all our customers hosted Saas AW portals. Would also be nice to integrate towards Microsoft Partner Access like Lighthouse or PartnerCenter based on delegated access f.ex.

    We are also looking for a central workspace management console for management of all our customers Recast AW tenants from one portal. Some options for this portal could be:

    • Centralized management of packages. Package can be created and updated in the main portal. The customers Recast AW tenants can sync does packages like we can do now with the Recast Applicaton Workspace Connector and as the Recast Setup Store connectors as an example

    • All events are synced to the central database and will be show in the Central Dashboard. This way we can see all issues from all our Recast AW customers from one portal

    • Overview of the version/update status of all packages of all our customers

    • RBAC to be able to decide which admins can see information for which customers. This would be great as mentioned by Glenn to do this by connecting with Microsoft Lighthouse.
