Create Bootstrapper package to Intune from AW Portal

It would be so good to be able to create packages from the portal towards Intune.

We currently re-package the Bootstrapper + Agent.JSON + Certificate.cer to an IntuneWin package, which needs to be uploaded to an Intune package. As this is a per-device-collection action, and per-context action, this adds up work.

Customers who tend to migrate from Config Manager should not need to learn how to create intunewin packages, this can be done from the AW portal itself using API permissions in an App Registration.

For this to work we would like to have the possibility to:
Select a Deployment (optional)
Select a Device Registration check-in certificate (or username/password)
Use a wizard to select the behavior of the Launcher (should it start automatically, tray icon options etc etc to fully configure the agent.json)
Optionally/Additionally it should be very welcome to be able to assign the package to a specific machine group/user group so that Intune gets that configured as well.

And finally upload the package towards Intune.
