Disable unused / unsubscribed products ( Privileged Access )

Add the ability to grey out the submenu of "Privileged Access" we dont have this subscription. Im able to grey other product out except this one.

to clarify, Im not referring to the main menu but the submenu (Generate activation code & Retrieve local account PW) it pops up "Request a quote" even though I have it unchecked on the permission in RMS
