Progress Bar Icon for Distribute stage

Users constantly report frustration with waiting on new applications to launch in Liquit. The biggest issue is showing a difference to the user when the application is distributing the package (downloading) versus installing the application. Users know to wait longer for a download versus waiting for an installation. Liquit Workspace should show a different moving icon when downloading versus installing (currently a pair of cogs throughout).
