Authenticate to UAC prompt with WHfB or Security Key

There is value in moving to "passwordless" where users do not know their password. User authentications would be expected to use a phishing-resistant method such as WHfB or Security Key. The Windows UAC prompt is one challenge that needs special attention since it currently only supports entering a password. If the Recast suite could allow the UAC prompt to accept one of these other forms of authentication that would be very helpful and would increase security.
