More robust Allow List for Kiosk Manager - Allow only specific URL's

As it stands today, Kiosk Manager's allow list is not able to allow specific URL's or specific subdirectories. So really you can only limit users to connect to a large number of websites rather than just one. For example, adding www.recastsoftware.com/docs will not work, in order to allow users to go to that docs subdirectory you would need to add www.recastsoftware.com to the allow list which makes all of recastsoftware.com available to the kiosk users.

Being able to limit to specific URL's rather than the whole site is more desired for a Kiosk Manager.
