Template for package wizard to create packages for App-V setups
I would like a easier import of the diffent type of package types.At the moment i have to specify settings for MSIX applications and i have to create my own scripts for App-V applications. Majority of the settings are located in the uploaded files.

As a work arround, I have created a "template" package for APPV packages with the following:
Variables
appvPackageId
appvPackagePath
appvPackageVersionId
Actions
Enabled App-V client if not already
Upload package to ${PackageTempDir}
Add and Publish appv client by script
App-V will be end of live in April 2026.
would be a useful addition
We may be bringing this to clients who have an extensive legacy App-V estate. Some of them also use connection groups, so the ability to manage these would be welcome also.
It will help with some customers to import existing packages
