Allow to modify the behavior of the portal after a get in the catalog

Based on overwhelming student and staff feedback:

Instead of "GET" in the catalogue, where the user just has the app disappear, either move it to the workspace and pop up a message saying, "app moved to your workspace" or change GET to "move to workspace" and instead of "Website" have "Launch".

We have had a lot of feedback on this usability issue.
