On non-persistent VDI the user gets a different VDI everytime, but the profile roams, so an action may be executed more than once as it is currently not tracked in the profile of the user.
To make sure that when a user profile gets reset, the once per user action will be run again.
When a user roams between multiple pc's and the user profile is also being roamed, that it will not run a once per user action the second time on another device.

We use the options in Ivanti Workspace Control.
