Retrieve usercollection membership via Powershell

PowerShell cmdlet that can be used to get all User Collections in which a user is currently a member.

Citi will be utilizing User Collection membership to determine if a User is entitled to an application package. Being able to get the User Collections a User is a member of will help with automation, reporting and collection membership validation.
