Add support for package templates

When we create a new package we can select a certain package types, luke instal MSI, Custom package, Web application, etc.

We would like to create our own package type where we can set our defaults. Like action sets with our most used filters, etc.

When selecting this package, the wizard will get us through all the important options, like which install source, which install command, which shortcuts to remove, etc.

This will make it faster and less likely to forget certain options from our best pratices.

To make this happen, we could make a custom package. Then set all the necessary settings. After this click the option to set as a package type.
