Add modified at the package overview

Add an column "Modified at" in the portal at Manage / Packages which can also be sorted.

Now you can only add the "Created at" column and no "Modified at" column.

If something goes wrong at a client of our company we can easily check if there maybe packages has been changed.

Also handy to see if you have accidentally changed a wrong package.
