Allow repair to be disabled for packages

any application within Liquit Workspace on the VDI Desktop (VMware View/Citrix/AVD). Disable the option to do a repair, or remove it from the menu when you right-click the mouse. You don't want to be able to do repairs on a VDI Desktop.
