Support repair action on native shortcuts

When using Liquit delivered shortcuts in the windows start menu and desktop, there is no option to repair the installation. For deployments where users are not allowed to see the Liquit Client Workspace, there is a need to repair installations from a Liquit delivered icon on the start menu and desktop.
