Remove Agent Registration certificate after registration

AgentRegistration.cer file is not required after agent has registered and persisting on a machine provides the possibility of it being copied without authorization. Can the bootstrapper or agent.json be configured with an option to delete the AgentRegistration.cer file after successful registration?
