Bootstrapper to download Application Workspace Agent from zone

Bootstrap installation has the ability to first use the msi/exe in the installation directory and then, if it doesn't exist, try to download it from the zone. Including a msi/exe file will typically be outdated within a month, requiring the agent to upgrade itself through the zone after installing anyways. Please add the option to download the current agent from the zone first and then, if that failed, use the one in the installation directory.
