User membership filter
To be able to filter on user group membership within packages.
This is already possible by creating a context, adding the filter "User Membership" and adding that context as filter action, but it feels as a workaround. Also it is an extra handling, and produces less-overview in the context area.
Why would this be used:
A Customer has a package called "Outlook", and wants to present this to all users. But there are Zivver users inside that group, which have their own Security Group. Customer wants to activate the Zivver plugin in Outlook for only those users.

Filters op action(set)s, obv groep lidmaatschap van een gebruiker. Nu moet er eerst een context aangemaakt worden, met een filter obv groep lidmaatschap. Deze context kan vervolgens weer aan een filter op een action(set) gekoppeld worden. Zou mooi zijn als dit ook rechts obv groep lidmaatschap zou kunnen.
