License tracking

Expand License module; make it visible who is using the licensed apps, graphs, perhaps via powerbi dashboard integrated.

Customers also expect the licenses which are put in through a license count, and have a license tracker, like User, that an application will not start when the maximum amount of users is reached.

Also, please lengthen the usable license key, sometimes vendors have license keys which are multiple lines of text/numbers/characters, this needs to be put into an xml or something alike.
