Context filter: Package installed

Ability to create a dynamic device collection which has a particular software or package already installed.

This would help to enforce softare/package updates to devices where a users manually trigger the install of the software/package available e.g. through the catalog (and the package might have come from the setup store) while user keep using "native" icons to launch the application instead of launching the application through Liquit Workspace.

You could assign the package to install on refresh / login or device start to such a device collection so that a new version of the respective package gets automatically installed if already installed on the particular device.

As of now I need to create a 2nd package with a respective filter and assign that to all devices so if the software is already installed, it gets automatically updated.

It would be more elegant to enforce the update through such a device collection assignment.
