Ability to reuse condition sets from package actions

Filter Mirroring Idea by calling a specific managed package and filters in the action set.

Would be very helpful to have a filter from where we can retrieve the filters action set applied on a specific package , without need to do a manual effort on updating manually either the MSI or exe version whenever there is a new release.
