Tijdens de Liquit Patch day heb ik versie 4.0 gezien. Bij de agent configuratie vanuit de server, mis ik een belangrijke configuratie voor mij. Ik mis de mogelijkheid om de logging aan te passen.
Ik wil andere logging gebruiken voor test en acceptatie omgeving.

Dan is er niet meer de noodzaak om files te distribueren en te overschrijven. Kan het gewoon centraal aangestuurd worden.
Makes troubleshooting easier when managing devices remotely.
When in a support session you don't have to start editing config files, you can just push it as admin and ask user to try again.

More configurations made possible on the portal makes less effort by calling/remote controlling the endpoints
Very handy for troubleshooting with our customers.
We want to set debug level on a device in the GUI, let the user perform a Launch action on a package (with issues for example), afterwards we want to have a button in the GUI to download the logfiles of that specific day. The only action the User has to perform is click on an App, and we have all the logs we need to troubleshoot.
Ideal for use in troubleshooting moments by, for example, a service desk.
I want to have different log level settings for acceptance and test environments
This would be amazing for troubleshooting, not having to navigate to the logfile is a good timesaver.

This disables the need for remote controlling the end-users device in order for troubleshooting purposes, a big miss and more efficiency
